What the form collects
The criteria enquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred location, budget, available deposit, objective, occupancy preference, preferred commercial tenant sectors, appetite for refurbishment or planning risk, holding period, target completion date and ownership structure. It also records that you gave consent to be contacted.
The form prepares an email in your email app. Information is sent to Realty Packaging only if you choose to send that email. Please do not include banking details or other sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
We use the information only to respond to your criteria enquiry and to understand the property brief you have shared. We do not use this form to provide financial, tax or legal advice.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond and maintain the relevant conversation, then review it and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to any practical or legal requirements that apply.
Your requests
You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@realtypackaging.co.uk. Please include enough detail for us to identify the enquiry.
